About Me

My name is Abi. I am 23 years old.

I am a graduate. I have a job in an office. I like my job a lot.

I'm originally from Kent. I have lived around and about in London for 5 years but am a newbie to South West London.

I'm about a stone and a half lighter than the heaviest I've ever been, but I've not lost loads of weight in a while to be honest and that's not my main priority any more. I have been running since April 2013 and it has changed my life. Other than that I like to do my best to eat healthily 80% of the time but my biggest priority is to have fun and enjoy my life, as well as to avoid regaining the weight I have lost.

As per blog title, I am doing this the 'lazy way' - don't come here expecting me to be blogging chia seed recipes and writing about my 10 workouts per week as I tend to dip in and out of it.

I am lucky enough that from time to time I have received items from companies they think I may be interested in blogging about - if so I will clearly indicate this in the post itself. I would never write about something I wouldn't buy with my own money.
